As a Non-Invasive Cardiologist, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality diagnostic and outpatient services in a regional setting.

The department is expanding inpatient bed capacity and building a state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory and an enlarged Cardiac Investigation Unit. You will play a central role in shaping the future of the service.
You will have access to the Cardiac Hybrid Theatre, a cutting-edge facility for complex surgical and catheter-based interventions. - Provide comprehensive non-invasive cardiology care across inpatient, outpatient, and diagnostic services.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team offering echocardiography, stress imaging, cardiac CT, heart failure services, cardiac rehab, and chest pain clinics.
- Participate in ward rounds, telehealth, outreach clinics, MDTs, and on-call rosters.
- Lead service innovation, clinical quality, and contribute to research and teaching.
- MBBS or equivalent, eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Cardiology, or equivalent.
- Subspecialty training in Non-Invasive Cardiac Imaging with Level 2 Adult Echocardiography accreditation (CSANZ or equivalent).
- Demonstrated CPD engagement and minimum echo volumes at Level 2 CSANZ competency.
- Academic/research experience.
- Highly desirable: Qualification in Cardiac CT and/or Cardiac MRI.
Total remuneration package up to $528,432 p.a., including:
