Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Producer to lead and manage a team of Production and Creatives to effectively deliver a project on time and on budget. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a Show from bidding through to scheduling, resource planning, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project bids, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource management
  • Lead a team of Production and Creatives to deliver high-quality results
  • Act as the face of MPC to our Clients, responsible for delivering the expected service standard
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Manage change orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with VFX Supervisors, CG, Comp, and Animation Supervisors to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage production schedules, milestones, and resource costs
  • Ensure compliance with approved processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the VFX industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ShotGrid/Ftrack/File Maker is preferred
