Enquiries and Intake Coordinator

This is a key role in our business growth strategy, focused on responding to all sales enquiries.

The ideal candidate will be a pleasant, professional, mature and confident person with exceptional organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • A 'can do' attitude
  • Strong organisational skills
  • An ability to cross and up sell
  • PC literate and highly developed administration experience
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to all sales enquiries in a prompt and customer service driven manner
  2. Convert relevant enquiries to intake and support the Growth and Engagement team progress enquiries
  3. Maintain contact with clients, prepare documentation and support engagement activities

Requirements:
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
