We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Leader to join our team.

This role involves managing the accounts payable function, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the AP team, fostering accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and supporting the AP team to ensure compliance with GST principles and internal controls.
  • Managing supplier relationships, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate vendor records.
  • Processing invoices, payments, and expenses as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Cert IV or higher in Accounting/Finance (desired).
  • 2–5 years' experience in AP, including supervisory exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of AP processes, GST principles, and accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative attitude.
