Rural Occupation Therapist Lead

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality patient care. The role involves discipline leadership, clinical supervision and direct client care across various settings.
This is an opportunity for a skilled occupational therapist to contribute to the delivery of effective patient care in rural NSW.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement occupation therapy programs tailored to meet patients' needs with physical disabilities and/or mental health conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and create personalized plans to enhance their independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Work Environment: Our Allied Health Service utilises a collaborative practice model within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Requirements:- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy or equivalent experience.
