At a well-established firm in Brisbane, you'll have the opportunity to further develop and progress your career in a stable and long-term role.

This position offers a relaxed yet professional work environment, where you'll support lead advisers with advice implementation. You'll also be responsible for delegating work to offshore team members and providing support through Professional Year programs.

You will provide full adviser support, assist with preparation and implementation of advice documents, manage and delegate work, and maintain high levels of client service. To succeed, you'll need 2 years' experience as a Client Services Officer, extensive knowledge of XPLAN, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing full adviser support to financial advisers
  • Assisting with preparation and implementation of advice documents (SOA's & ROA's)
  • Managing and delegating work to offshore team members
  • Providing high levels of client service and maintaining relationships

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Financial Planning, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on client care. If you're highly organised and able to manage time effectively, we want to hear from you.
