Front-Line Management Position

This is a front-line management position within our Accommodation and Community Operations Team. As a leader, you'll take a hands-on approach to developing customer plans, building positive relationships with our customers and their support networks, coaching and mentoring staff, and developing partnerships within the community.

  • Develop and maintain high standards of quality control and compliance throughout all areas of our organization;
  • Participate in after-hours on-call (based on a roster system);
  • Develop partnerships and networks within the community and internal stakeholders;

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of two years demonstrated experience in a leadership role working with complex care requirements for people with disability and supporting customers with Behaviour Support Plans;
  • Certificate 4 in Disability Support, or willingness to work towards it;
  • Proven experience in leadership, supervision, development and support of a large team of staff;
  • An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is essential;
  • Excellent administration skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with our motor vehicle allowance rebate);
  • National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check;
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
