We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of large-scale power generation projects in South Australia and Victoria. This is a unique opportunity to work on innovative renewable energy solutions, driving projects from planning through to execution.

About the Role

In this role, you will oversee utility-scale energy projects across all phases, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate closely with contractors and internal teams to maintain smooth operations, safety compliance, and project excellence. Frequent travel to regional project sites will be required to oversee delivery milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full Project Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from planning through to financial close and construction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with contractors, regulators, landowners, and community groups.
  • Risk Management: Identify challenges early, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Resource Optimization: Ensure effective resource allocation to maximize productivity and meet project objectives.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Guarantee all operations meet legal requirements and industry standards, delivering high-quality outcomes.
What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary package with bonus incentives, including a base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field (Masters or PMP certification preferred), with 10+ years' experience managing infrastructure or renewable energy projects. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee complex schedules is essential, as is a strong understanding of regulatory processes in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
