About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Customer Care Centre Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer care centre, you will provide exceptional service to client families during a pivotal time in their lives.

Your primary responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for families arranging a funeral, organising transportation of a loved one into our care, and delivering a strong customer experience.

You will also assist with enquiry follow-up and assorted calls relating to our funeral home brands and cemetery and crematoria memorial parks.
