What this Opportunity Involves:

  • Assist with operational activities in accounting, maintenance, vendor oversight, purchasing, and occupancy services.
  • Manage customer relationships and meet contract KPIs.
  • Oversee vendor management and procurement processes.
  • Monitor site financial operations and budgets.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and asset management.
  • Assist with projects and capital planning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, events, or facility management.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
