We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.
About the Role: The successful candidate will provide safe, competent, and contemporary clinical nursing care to residents within the scope of practice as determined by AHPRA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents to identify care needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with direct clinical care, including personal hygiene, medication administration, and GP rounds.
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
- Current National Police Certificate or ability to acquire.
- NDIS Workers Check.
- Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation process.
