Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinical Leadership Opportunity. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Lead and manage clinical teams, including physiotherapists, assistants, and support staff
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and community
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes
- Contribute to the development of our physiotherapy services, including policy development, quality improvement, and education
- AHPRA and APA registration
- Australian residency
- Current driver's license and own car
- Working with children's and national police check
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring manner
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a strict level of patient confidentiality
