Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Solutions Architect to lead the development and implementation of architectural frameworks and best practices across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of innovative digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This role includes the following key responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Architect and design key components of digital solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage experience across multiple industries to drive the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and address technical challenges, adapting to changes in scope, funding, or technology direction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • Modern Architecture Design: Expertise in event-driven, API, and microservice-based architectures on various cloud platforms.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to deep dive into code and create proof of concepts.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly pick up new problems and devise effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
