Senior Visual Design Lead

As a seasoned visual design expert, you will play a vital role in our team. Your expertise will be integral to managing clients and key stakeholders while collaborating with project management teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Challenging consultants appropriately and leveraging flexibility and curiosity to develop innovative design solutions and optimize efficiencies.
  • Recommend cost-effective construction strategies and methodologies, integrating them into the design process.
  • Evaluate compliance and contractual obligations throughout the process and within design.
  • Manage client relationships with integrity and fairness, influencing outcomes to achieve effective design.
