Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting exceptional drinks and providing outstanding customer service.

About the Role:

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests by preparing and serving drinks to a high standard.
• Highlight promotions and specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Owning your bar – managing stock, inventory, and equipment while maintaining a clean and organized space.
• Handle guest payment transactions efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with restaurant colleagues to deliver seamless food service.

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills – warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
• Passion and knowledge of local scene, especially wines and spirits.
• Strong attention to detail – creating amazing guest service moments with the team.
• Motivation – your presence will impact your team and our guests; therefore, it will be important to stay motivated and energized.
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol – must be above minimum age required.
• The strength to lift, push, and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg), which can also involve bending and kneeling.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions.
