Member Support Consultant RoleAbout the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth by performing outreach activities, generating and converting leads, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilizing sales promotions and referral campaigns.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Create positive and personalized member journeys through interactions.
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster.
  • Participate actively in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet potential members' needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to inspire and talk to anyone with ease.
  • Driven and goal-focused, always seeking to excel.
  • A team player who can rally through challenges and celebrate success.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport with diverse backgrounds and help achieve their goals.
