Senior House Officer Job Description

Job Summary

Mater Health is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior House Officer in Dermatology to join our medical team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert medical care to patients within Mater Hospital Brisbane Medical and Chronic Disease Medicine.
  • Undertake administrative, surgical, and clinical duties as required by the Director of Dermatology.
  • Manage the MDT meetings and participate in audit activities and quality management initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with best practice principles in patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Registration as a medical practitioner without conditions with the Medical Board of Queensland. Eligibility for registration with conditions in approved circumstances.
