Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a pivotal part of our mental health services, you will play a key role in helping individuals live longer, healthier, happier lives.

You will be working with clients to conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies. In this role, you will also maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and build collaborative relationships with healthcare providers to strengthen referral networks and support practice growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
  • General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care.
  • 5+ years of recent clinical experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
