About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Pastry Artisan to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our bakery, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries and baked goods that meet the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of a wide range of pastry products, including bread, cakes, and pastries.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and product lines to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
  • Genuine passion for baking and commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Customer-first mentality and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Love of teamwork and willingness to support others in achieving common goals.
