Job Opportunity: Permanent Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team in a permanent capacity. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional programs and services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality experiences for children, families, and staff that promote learning, development, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the service manager to develop and implement effective programs and services.
  • Assist with the preparation and setup/pack-up of activities and resources.
  • Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being within the program.
  • Maintain open and engaging communication with colleagues to contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in the childcare industry (preferably in a similar role).
  • Working towards or willing to enroll in an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma Level qualification.
  • Completed an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Holding a current First Aid in a Childcare Setting certificate (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training).
