Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team in Ararat. As a valued member of the team, you will have the opportunity to create engaging learning experiences for young children, build meaningful relationships with families, and collaborate with a passionate team of educators.

Your Role as an Educator

As an Educator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering fun, creative, and tailored educational activities that nurture children's curiosity and development. You will also build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring a warm and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.

Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging learning experiences that promote child-centered learning
* Build meaningful relationships with children and families to foster a sense of belonging
* Collaborate with a passionate team of educators to achieve high-quality outcomes
* Maintain a safe environment and adhere to regulatory frameworks such as the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)

Requirements

* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it)
* VIT registration as an ECT
* A strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF frameworks
* The ability to create and deliver engaging, child-centered learning activities
* A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid certification, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain them)
* A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work with different age groups in various settings
