As a key member of the Workforce Australia for Individuals team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer, you will be accountable for developing daily and weekly schedules that align with the monthly schedule and achieve monthly targets. This will involve detailed planning, engaging stakeholders, and understanding monthly schedules, projects, and costs, dump construction methodologies, and long-term strategies. Driving processes that involve validating inputs and reconciling previous performance is the responsibility of the engineer and an integral part of the planning process to ensure the most efficient plan can be developed. These include the short-term dump design process and weekly reconciliation process.

About The Role
  • Creation of weekly schedules and assisting with monthly scheduling.
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily and weekly schedules that align with the monthly schedule and achieve monthly targets.
  • Conduct detailed planning and analysis to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure effective communication.
  • Drive processes to validate inputs and reconcile previous performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement long-term strategies.
