**Seeking a Detail-Oriented Floor Planner**

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Floor Planner. This is a Casual position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in floor planning.

As a Floor Planner, you will be responsible for producing high-quality floor plans for real estate marketing programs. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your knowledge of CAD software to create accurate and detailed floor plans.

The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have excellent communication skills. Experience with Windows-based CAD software and architectural/engineering drawings is an advantage but not essential.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Produce high-quality floor plans for real estate marketing programs
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Use CAD software to create accurate and detailed floor plans

**Requirements:**

  • Good eye for detail
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Windows-based CAD software (advantage)
  • Experience with architectural/engineering drawings (advantage)
