**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail organization, you will play a vital role in managing a portfolio of stores across VIC, providing stability and consistency where a Store Manager is required.


**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Act as a conduit between the Retail Education Manager and store teams, driving success through observation, collaboration, and team leadership.
  • Work full-time on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to achieve sales and growth across the VIC portfolio.

**Requirements:**
  • Current State Drivers Licence (mobility required)
  • Flexibility to adapt with various teams
  • A demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to driving success
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships
