About the Position
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences when using our parking services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing top-notch customer service to all patrons, staff, and contractors
- Maintaining equipment in good working order and performing necessary repairs
- Responding promptly to and resolving customer issues as received from an authorized source
- Managing vehicle access and egress controls as required
- Processing tickets and handling cash transactions for customers
- Performing thorough cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Liaising with our technical team to resolve equipment-related issues
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- A manual driving license is highly desirable
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination and booster shots as required for hospital sites
- Reliability and the ability to work a regular 38-hour week
