About the Role

The Asset Management Integration Manager is responsible for aligning the organisation with NSW Health's Asset Management Framework. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee asset management services, implement and review Asset Management Plans (SAMP & AMP), ensuring effective budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate state-wide projects and provide strategic guidance to meet FWLHD's asset management objectives.
  • Collaborate with the asset management team in developing and maintaining asset management systems.

This requires a high level of expertise in asset management principles and practices, as well as successful experience in middle-upper level management.

About You

We are looking for a skilled professional with a degree, diploma, or certificate in a relevant Building, Engineering, or Trade discipline, or similar attained through extensive experience.

You will have a demonstrated understanding of asset management principles and practices, as well as minimum 3 years of successful experience in middle-upper level management.

Proficiency in ICT management systems related to asset management, including AFM Online, is also required.
