Early Childhood Educator Job Overview
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and care for young children aged 0-5 years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework, while working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Develop engaging educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Please note that this is a casual position, with varying hours between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Requirements- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in an early childhood education and care setting, with a focus on room management, child health and safety, education and planning.
- Up-to-date knowledge of National Quality Standards, Education and Care Regulations, and National Law.
