High-Profile Project Director Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Director to lead the delivery of multiple high-profile projects.
- Project Leadership and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project objectives, leveraging commercial acumen and delivery expertise.
- Project Start-Up: Coordinate initial activities, ensuring seamless project kickoff and stakeholder engagement.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, facilitating open communication and issue resolution.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, guaranteeing compliance and on-time delivery.
- Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, monitoring progress, and addressing delays or issues promptly.
A minimum of 10 years of proven project management experience in construction industries is required.
Strong client-facing communication and teamwork skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building abilities, managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
PRINCE2 certification is highly regarded but not required.
