Job Title: Manager, Transfer Pricing

This is a leadership role within our Tax Team that focuses on delivering practical, commercial and tax-effective advice to international clients.

  • Developing and implementing transfer pricing planning structures.
  • Preparing transfer pricing advice including financial analysis, benchmarking and report writing.
  • Preparing transfer pricing documentation and assisting in the review of international dealings schedule.
  • Controversy/dispute resolution with tax authorities.
  • Client relationship management, liaising with multinational clients across a broad range of industries in Australia and globally.
Requirements:
  • Prior accounting experience coupled with experience managing in a transfer pricing or related area within a professional services firm or large corporate environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Australian transfer pricing framework and recent BEPS developments.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake research, functional and financial analysis.
  • Ability to develop and mentor staff.
  • Excellent client relationship, written and verbal skills.
