Residential Health Support Worker Job Opportunity

This role is for a motivated and enthusiastic Residential Health Support Worker to provide care and support to young adults with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care and support, including travel and meal planning.
  • Contribute to care planning, social activities, and maintaining a clean home environment.
  • Liaise with parents, professionals, and other stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
  • Hold a driving license and be willing to learn British Sign Language (BSL).
  • Pass DBS checks and provide suitable references.
  • Be willing to develop communication skills with deaf or hard-of-hearing residents.
About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, with a day start around 8:00–9:00 and potential sleep-in rates until 7:00.
