Merchandiser Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled merchandiser to join our team on an ongoing, casual basis. This role involves working allocated hours 2 weeks in advance, ensuring a great work-life balance.

Role Overview:

As a merchandiser with our organization, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with grocery personnel, creating and maintaining quality planograms in stores, and adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building effective relationships with store teams to drive sales growth
  • Maintaining high-quality planograms across multiple store locations
  • Ensuring accurate pricing and ticketing compliance
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders
  • Submitting timely and accurate reports, along with uploading quality photos via smartphone
  • Attending regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Utilizing expertise in a grocery/retail environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills
