The role of Senior Fraud Analyst plays a crucial part in this mission by protecting our customers from scams and fraud. As a Senior Fraud Analyst, you will be on the front lines, engaging directly with customers, conducting thorough investigations, and proactively monitoring transactions.

This position reports directly to the Fraud Manager and requires excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and effective liaison skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support: Assist the Fraud Manager and act as an escalation point for Fraud Analysts.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer calls and emails about suspected fraud and assist scam victims.
  • Fraud Investigation: Investigate fraud and scam incidents affecting the bank or its customers.
  • Operational Risk Support: Assess and investigate fraud typologies to meet operational risk requirements.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Monitor transactions and analyze customer behavior to detect potential financial crimes.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a solid understanding of different fraud types and transaction analysis. Your expertise will help us prevent, detect, and investigate alerted cases.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
