Job Title: Cluster Team Lead
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage and train a cluster of Out of School Hours Care teams. As a Cluster Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers.
Your key responsibilities will include leading, managing, and training a team of educators; overseeing service management, including staffing, program design, business management, and motivating and inspiring teams; and preparing and supporting educators for Assessment and Rating reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Past people management experience in childcare is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated area management or remote team management experience is favourable.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally.
- Proven past success in management in any sector with the ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Current SA Working with Children's Check, First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training or willing to obtain.
- Current driver's license and own car (travel allowance provided).
- Completed a Diploma or above in Child Care, Education, Community Services, or equivalent.
