Job Summary

We're seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and champion the STIHL brand identity. The successful candidate will develop and implement a marketing strategy to drive consumer demand and deliver business plan KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy to drive consumer demand and deliver business plan KPIs
  • Lead, develop, and coach the performance of the marketing team
  • Work closely with the Executive Team to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Liaise with personnel from German HQ and external agencies
About You

We're looking for a minimum of 15 years' experience in marketing within a global or multi-country remit. You'll need a business or marketing tertiary qualification and strategic planning experience in B2B and B2C channels across retail.
