Occupational Therapist - Western Sydney

 

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Western Sydney. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to help them develop the skills and abilities they need to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Provide home-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for clients in their own homes.
  • Develop therapy programs to improve clients' daily routines, independence in personal care skills, domestic skills, community skills, and sensory requirements.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide support for clients and refer to appropriate services as required.
  • Review therapy programs to follow up on the progress of your clients and the results they have achieved.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with AHPRA.
  • Police Check Clearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
