As a 2IC, you'll assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
2. Support the program compliance, ensuring a high quality service that exceeds industry standards.
3. Build strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community.
4. Play and have FUN with primary school aged children
5. Opportunity to develop your Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about kids, has a positive, can-do attitude, and just loves to have fun. You'll be a strong team player, love leading a team to success, and be keen to learn and develop your skills in this industry. You'll also have outstanding communication skills, and a desire to WOW your customers.
