About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Property and Asset Manager to join our team at Davidson. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our property portfolio, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of our property portfolio, including leasing, statutory property services, and strategic property management.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including conducting feasibility assessments, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal departments, community groups, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of our property portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Champion best practice customer service, actively listening to the needs of our clients to ensure that our property portfolio enhances their experience.
Requirements
  • Strong Background in Property: A strong background in property, with particular emphasis on early-stage feasibility studies and project planning.
  • Commercial Acumen: Robust commercial acumen and exceptional negotiation skills to manage complex property transactions and development projects.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills to maximise community benefits from property assets and ensure sound financial management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build productive relationships.
  • Business Development: A creative vision and ability to unlock the potential of our property assets, thinking innovatively about how they can best serve our clients.
