About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Labourers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain equipment including pressure washer bays, sandblast booths, and paint booths.
  • Ensure high-quality results through proper masking techniques.
  • Manage workload effectively by alternating between areas.
  • Perform site-wide cleaning duties, including yards, facilities, and donga areas.
  • Complete weekly inspection checklists and address any concerns promptly.
  • Notify supervisors of full bins and areas requiring maintenance or repair.
  • Provide updates on fuel levels on-site.
  • Execute ad hoc tasks and priorities as directed by supervisors.
Requirements

Demonstrate ability to work independently and within a team. Be prepared for constant FLT work (up to 16 tons). Maintain a clean and organized site, adhering to standards.
