The Opportunity

This exciting leadership opportunity within our Hydrocarbons teams is based in Dandenong South. As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be accountable for supervising employees and work activities to ensure all daily operational tasks are completed safely and meet requirements.

  • Maximise customer service and operational efficiencies through effective supervision.
  • Provide leadership, foster a strong safety culture, schedule improvements, and drive continuous progress.
  • Act on equipment maintenance and servicing issues as scheduled.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

About You

Ideally, you'll have supervisory experience within the waste management, transport, logistics, or recycling industry. You'll possess:

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strong, compassionate, and proactive leadership style.
  • An uncompromising commitment to a safety-first culture.
  • Proficiency with OHSE management systems.
  • Intermediate IT proficiency with operating systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Solid organisational skills with good time management and communication skills.
