Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain mobile plant and equipment, including haul trucks, excavators, and front-end loaders, to ensure optimal productivity and safety.
  • Manage the operation of the crushing plant, ensuring precision and efficiency in the production process.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of plant equipment and facilities to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements, driving continuous growth and efficiency.
  • Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting, to maintain a strong safety culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mobile plant operation, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • HR truck license is an advantage, but not required.
  • Quarry experience is highly valued, but not necessary.
  • Self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality results, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work a Monday-to-Saturday schedule.
