Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our residential homes.

You will help create a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel valued and respected.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Supporting residents with dementia and other complex needs
  • Monitoring resident conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for working with elderly people and making a positive impact on their lives
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge and experience of working with people living with dementia
  • Certification in Aged Care is highly regarded
