Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at The Learning Sanctuary Morningside.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging and stimulating educational programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the service.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma qualification in Children's Services or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an Early Childhood Educator, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
