About this role:

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring residents have access to nutritious meals and a clean, welcoming environment while supporting them to build independent living skills.

  • Main responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare fresh, healthy and culturally sensitive meals
  • Coordinate menus and maintain food safety standards
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and cleanliness across shared spaces
  • Support residents to build independent living skills such as cooking and cleaning
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe, positive and trauma-informed environment
