Cloud Architect Role

As a seasoned cloud and AI solutions expert, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our customers' transformation on Microsoft Azure. This customer-facing position involves owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, providing architecture and operational health engagements to help customers leverage their investments.

This role requires delivering value-based solutions aligned with Microsoft methodologies to support customer operational readiness and business goals. You will also guide customers toward secure, resilient, AI-enabled architectures to drive retention and expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess prior technical consulting experience in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Purview, or equivalent data warehousing technologies. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or a related field, along with 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, is highly preferred.

Key qualifications include 6+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role, 6+ years of experience working on technical projects, and technical certification in cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
