Conexson, a leading specialist Disability and Aged Care staffing agency, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in providing exceptional care to elderly residents in Adelaide's residential aged care facilities.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents while upholding the highest standards of clinical care.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and clinical best practices. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The estimated salary range for this role is $54-$64 per hour plus penalty rates (afternoon, night, weekends, and public holidays), superannuation, and employee benefits. We offer flexible work arrangements, including casual or contract work, to suit your lifestyle and schedule.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and clinical best practices.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication management protocols.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, documenting observations and reporting any changes to the clinical team and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including caregivers, allied health professionals, and physicians, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support residents and their families by providing education, emotional support, and guidance on health-related matters.
- Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting is preferred.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
