About the Role

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Sorrento store on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne.

You will have a passion for coaching and developing your team members, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.

This is a part-time Assistant Store Manager position requiring availability from Wednesday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
  • Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing the store
  • Daily management of stock to minimize losses and maximize sales
  • Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Confidence in providing praise and improvement feedback to your team members
  • Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
  • Knowledge of loss prevention and health and safety procedures
  • Visual Merchandising experience is advantageous
