The Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network is seeking a Generalist Physiotherapist to join their team. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, you will work with health professionals and service providers to provide a comprehensive range of health services to the local community.
At the AHP2 level, you will apply clinical experience and generalist and/or specialist clinical knowledge to plan, implement, and evaluate a range of services. You will work under reduced clinical direction and may contribute to the clinical supervision of less experienced allied health professionals and students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physiotherapy services to a variety of clinical settings, including paediatrics, acute, residential care, and aged and community consumers.
- Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive range of health services.
- Apply clinical experience and generalist and/or specialist clinical knowledge to plan, implement, and evaluate a range of services.
- Contribute to the clinical supervision of less experienced allied health professionals and students.
- A recognised qualification in physiotherapy and eligibility for full membership of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Registration with the relevant professional association and participation in continuing professional development programs.
- Ability to work in a rural health setting and contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive range of health services.
