Award-winning Clicks IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cloud Salesforce Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

This contract role offers a competitive hourly rate of $140 per hour, with opportunities to work in the heart of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce system, ensuring seamless integration and efficient performance.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce administration, including user management, role assignments, and permissions. They should also demonstrate proficiency in customising Salesforce features, such as objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows, to meet business needs.

A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices for data management and security is essential, along with hands-on experience in managing Salesforce related CI/CD processes.

In addition, the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage competing priorities, and have the ability to align multiple stakeholders for effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the Salesforce system by managing user access, roles, and permissions; configuring objects, fields, and workflows; and ensuring data integrity through regular audits and updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for Salesforce customisation and enhancements, ensuring the system meets the needs of the organisation.
  • Create complex reports and dashboards within Salesforce to track key business metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote best practices for efficient and scalable Salesforce development.
  • Manage sandboxes, including creation, refresh, and access management and conduct regular system audits and monitor platform performance.
  • Develop and implement reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to Salesforce users across the organisation, ensuring optimal use of Salesforce features and can effectively utilise the systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce functionality.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to leverage new capabilities that benefit the organisation.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, customisations, and processes related to Salesforce management.
