Job OverviewThe primary responsibility of the bartending role is to provide exceptional service and ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of guest service, interact positively with colleagues, and adhere to uniform guidelines.
- Follow pre-shift notes and menus to deliver service as described.
- Pour drinks responsibly, verify minimum age requirements, and communicate cut-off times effectively.
- Learn and suggestively upsell beer, wine, and spirits to enhance the guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with guests, resolve concerns, and contact management if necessary.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Proven ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding liquor service.
