The Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Panel Beaters and Apprentice Spray Painters at our RPM Para Hills workshop.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn from our experienced tradespeople and gain a trade qualification in Panel Beating. You will work alongside our skilled team members, learning various skills and techniques while gaining hands-on experience.

As a valued member of our team, you will be provided with comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. Our aim is to provide a long-term career path for our apprentices, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work under the supervision of experienced panel beaters and spray painters to learn the correct repair techniques and methods.
  • To assist in the repair and refurbishment of vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
